Step-by-Step WordPress Import:
Open WordPress Import
Click "Import from WordPress" button
Import modal opens with filtering options
Select Content Types
Choose what types of content to import (Posts, Pages, etc.)
Use "Select All" or pick specific types

Filter Your Content (Optional)
Search: Find specific posts by title or content
Date Range: Import only recent content or content from specific time periods
Add: After selecting all the content, click on "Add Selected" Button
Add Data
Preview all the selected content
Click on "Add Data"

Processing
Watch as your content is processed
Each piece gets the status: Pending → Processing → Completed
