This is the easiest method if you already have content on your WordPress website!

Formats supported: Posts, pages, custom post types

What Content Can You Import:

  • Blog Posts - All your published articles

  • Pages - About us, services, contact pages

  • Custom Post Types - Products, portfolios, testimonials

  • Any public content on your WordPress site

Step-by-Step WordPress Import:

  1. Open WordPress Import

    • Click "Import from WordPress" button

    • Import modal opens with filtering options

  2. Select Content Types

  • Choose what types of content to import (Posts, Pages, etc.)

  • Use "Select All" or pick specific types

  1. Filter Your Content (Optional)

  • Search: Find specific posts by title or content

  • Date Range: Import only recent content or content from specific time periods

  • Add: After selecting all the content, click on "Add Selected" Button

  1. Add Data

  • Preview all the selected content

  • Click on "Add Data"

  1. Processing

  • Watch as your content is processed

  • Each piece gets the status: Pending → Processing → Completed
