While you're on Free Full Access, you can use everything AI Bot Kit offers:

  • Knowledge base — website scraping, file uploads (PDF/Docs/PPT), text, Q&A, WordPress content, plus URL resync and WordPress auto-sync

  • Lead management — lead capture forms, the leads table, email lead notifications, and lead export

  • Channels — WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Slack, Discord, and Google Chat

  • Human handover — omni-channel handover (Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Messenger) and live chat takeover

  • Automation — Custom AI Actions / Webhooks and action buttons

The only thing that separates Free Full Access from a paid plan is the message allowance. Free gives you 100 one-time messages; paid plans give you a larger allowance that renews every month.

How the 100 Messages Work

  • The 100 messages are a one-time, lifetime allowance — they are not a monthly quota and do not reset at the start of each month.

  • Every reply your chatbot generates counts as one message.

  • You can watch your remaining balance any time on the Plans & Billing page (and in the header meter). For example, "Messages left: 100/100" means you haven't used any yet.

  • When you reach zero, your chatbot pauses replying until you top up or upgrade.

Adding More Messages (One-Time Top-Ups)

If you run low before you're ready to upgrade, you can buy a one-time top-up. Top-ups are a single purchase (not a subscription) and are added straight to your balance — buy again whenever you need to.

How to Top Up

  1. Log into your AI Bot Kit dashboard.

  2. Go to Plans & Billing (in Settings).

  3. In the Current Plan box, click Add messages.

  4. Use the + / − buttons to choose 50 messages ($9) or 100 messages ($18).

  5. Click Buy … messages. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe Checkout page.

  6. (Optional) Have a coupon? Enter it in the Add promotion code box on the Stripe Checkout page to apply your discount.

  7. Complete your payment. You'll be returned to the dashboard and your new messages are added automatically.

Coupon codes are supported. On the Stripe Checkout page you'll see an Add promotion code field — enter a valid code there to discount your top-up before paying.

Message top-ups are exclusive to the Free Full Access plan. On paid plans, use recurring Add-ons instead to raise your monthly limits.

Upgrading From Free Full Access

Ready for more chatbots or messages that renew every month? You can upgrade to Basic, Essential, or Business at any time from Plans & Billing. See Upgrading to Paid Plans.

  • Your bots and their configuration are preserved.

  • Your message allowance switches from a one-time balance to a monthly renewing allowance.

  • Features remain available according to the plan you choose. (For example, a feature that's on Essential/Business will re-lock if you move to Basic — your settings are kept and re-enable if you upgrade again.)

FAQs

Do my 100 free messages refill each month? No. They're a one-time, lifetime allowance. Top up or upgrade for more.

Can I really use paid features for free? Yes — Free Full Access unlocks every feature. You're only limited by the 100‑message allowance and the plan limits (1 bot, 1M characters, 5,000 links).

Is a credit card required to start? No. You only enter payment details if you choose to buy a top-up or upgrade to a paid plan.

Can I apply a coupon to a top-up? Yes. Enter it in the Add promotion code field on the Stripe Checkout page.
