# SETUP: General

The **General** section is where you set the basic details of your chatbot.

**Bot Name**: Enter a name that your visitors will see. This helps make your chatbot feel personal and recognizable.

**Time Zone**: This sets the default timezone for the chatbot. You can choose any timezone suitable to your country or place from the dropdown.

**Bot Language**: This sets the default language the chatbot will converse in. You can choose from 70+ different world languages.

This section sets the **identity** and **locale** of your chatbot, making it feel natural to your audience.
