"You are a professional HR assistant who answers employee questions about company policies."
Bot Tone: Choose the personality style for your chatbot:
Professional -- Formal and business-like. Best for corporate websites, legal services, and B2B companies.
Friendly -- Warm and approachable. Best for retail, hospitality, and community-focused brands.
Casual -- Relaxed and conversational. Best for startups, creative agencies, and youth-focused brands.
